What Attendees Are Saying?

Everyone has the capacity to lead—because everyone has influence.

Whether you’re an executive or a student, you can experience growth when you invest in developing your leadership skills.

I have been attending the Global Leadership Summit since 2008. It is the premier leadership development event on the globe with over 400 000 leaders from the church, education sector, corporates and the wider community attending every year. Every year the Summit faculty have challenged, inspired and equipped me to lead in various areas across our country and the continent of Africa. Self leadership, dealing with teams, productivity, strategy development are the topics I have found most helpful at the Summit and every year I leave with tools and resources that will continue to assist me as I lead, mentor, coach other leaders across the globe. The Summit has also encouraged to start a training & development company with a friend and the quality of the Summit faculty continues to provide great ideas, resources, and wonderful examples of becoming entrepreneurial.
Ed Ramsami, Associate Director - Global Network of Evangelists, South Africa

I am absolutely convinced that leadership is needed now more than ever in our nation and of course the next generation. If we are going to change the future, then we must impact the next generation of leaders. Our nation depends on great leadership; those who know their identity, have clear passionate vision for the future and the kind of leadership skills that will empower and quip them to lead well - these are all the attributes that the GLS offers in rich, palatable, practical ways. The next generation of school children are prime for good, healthy, strong leadership. I believe we will see a revival of self-less, Godly, high integrity leaders raised through the impact of GLS in our nation.
Colin Edmonds, Next Gen Pastor - Open Skies Church, South Africa

I attended my first Global Leadership Summit in 2005 and have not missed a year since. In my opinion it is a crucial component to any leader's ongoing development and has not only helped shape the organisation I lead in fundamental ways, but has shaped me as a human being. If you're serious about leadership and making a difference in the world, you simply cannot miss the Leadership Summit.
Tom Basson, Co-Senior Pastor Grace Family Church, South Africa

The GLS has become a personal highlight for me each year - the insight and wisdom from diverse and dynamic global leaders is a great encouragement and inspiration. The GLS is the No.1 global leadership conference in over 120+ Nations - I look forward to being inspired once more!
Graham Power, CEO - Power Construction Group, Global Day of Prayer & Unshamedly Ethical, South Africa
